At **Public Domain Colorizer Studio**, we strictly adhere to copyright law and respect the intellectual property rights of others. Our content strategy is based entirely on using material sourced from verified public domain archives. We are committed to responding to clear and properly formatted notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c).
1. Our Commitment to Public Domain Content
All videos and media on this site are sourced exclusively from **verified public domain archives** (e.g., Archive.org). We perform due diligence and thorough research to ensure that the works we colorize and publish are not under current copyright protection in the jurisdictions we operate in.
However, if you are a copyright holder and believe that material on our site **infringes your copyright**, please submit a formal notice as outlined below. For more details on our sourcing, please review our Public Domain Policy.
2. How to Submit a Formal DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA complaint, your notification of alleged infringement must substantially include the following information. Failure to include all mandatory items may render your notice invalid.

- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity, including the specific URL(s) on our site where the material is located.
- **Your contact information** (the Complainant's) sufficient to allow us to contact you, including name, address, phone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement that you have a **good faith belief** that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).
- A statement, made under **penalty of perjury**, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).
